The International Funds Conference produced an enviable list of internationally respected speakers for the 2009 event, and we have been extremely honoured by the number of world class speakers that have made themselves available for our 2010 conference. Our goal is to make this into an annual event that every major player in our industry will have marked on their calender as ‘must attend’ and we have taken a big step forward in pursuit of that goal with the speakers and panelists we have assembled this year.

Nicola Williams
Complaints Commissioner | Cayman Islands Government

Ms. Nicola Williams is the Complaints Commissioner with the Cayman Islands Government. Ms. Williams is a former Commissioner with the Independent Police Commission for London and the South East in England. Ms. Williams possesses over eight years of experience successfully investigating, mediating and resolving complaints, as well as nearly 16 years as a Barrister in private practice at all levels of the Courts, up to the Privy Council. Ms. Williams has a law degree from the University of the South Bank in London.

In addition to her qualifications, Ms. Williams is actively involved in the legal community as well as a contributor to the community as a whole. She has won numerous recognition awards for her contributions and achievements in the public sector and the legal profession.
